Install Microsoft PowerToys.

Go to the Microsoft PowerToys homepage or GitHub homepage and download the latest PowerToys setup wizard. Go to the download directory, run the setup wizard and install PowerToys.

Configure FancyZones.

Go through settings and enable FancyZones. Launch the layout editor and configure your own “fancy zones”, which are fixed window slots for your application windows. These works better than the built in window manager features in poker clients.
