Identity fraud attempt, mail scam attempt, mail fraud attempt, comment spam attempt, content modification attempt, defacing, database injection attempt, code vulnerability exploit attempt, amplification attack, bruteforce attack, port scanning, denial of service attack and any kind of unauthorized hacking attempt and abuse of my homepage, associated mail server, domain name server or web server, will instantly make you liable and guilty of paying a compensation of no less than 250.000 DKK to be paid within 7 days from first day of abuse to an account appointed by me regardless of the amount of damage done. If this is not paid in full within that time, then 25.000 DKK per day is added until I have been compensated in full.
You accept and permit, that hacking attempts, allow me and subcontractors to collect information about you and your hardware. You also accept and permit, that I and subcontractors can hack your relay servers, your computers, your mobile devices and other devices and networks, that you have used, for the purpose of gathering information about you. You also accept and permit, that I and subcontractors can gather and collect personal information about you, such as passports, personal files and documents. You also accept and permit, that I can chose to disclose information about you, if I believe, that it can be used to help others protect themselves against scamming, abuse and unauthorized hacking. You accept, that you can not claim any kind of compensation as a result of this, and, that you will cover any claims, that your partners and subcontractors might make as a result of affected systems and networks.
