Always paste as unformatted text by default. Of course. LibreOffice can be configured, so Ctrl+V paste as unformatted text by default.

Open LibreOffice Writer. Go to Tools, Customize and Keyboard. Go to Shortcut Keys and select Ctrl+V. Go to Function and select Paste Unformatted Text. Click Modify. Click OK.

It automatically also works in Calc.
